What is Burnout?
Burnout is a psychological syndrome emerging as a prolonged response to chronic interpersonal stressors.

There are 3 main aspects to be aware of:
1. An overwhelming sense of exhaustion
2. Feelings of cynicism and detachment
3. A sense of ineffectiveness and lack of accomplishment

Although you may not experience all of these at the same time, or even experience them equally, burnout is real and can severely impact our lives.
